How is the price calculated for a Custom Clean that mixes intensive (360°) and routine (Signature) tasks?

Pricing is based on scope and the home’s actual condition, not time. We quote the maintenance rate (Signature Clean) for routine areas and apply intensive restoration pricing (Deep Clean 360°) only to the extra tasks you select on the hybrid checklist.

Can I request to change the scope or add tasks to the checklist on the day of service?

Yes. If there is time available in the schedule, you can add tasks to your checklist. We always confirm the extra cost before continuing. If time is not available that day, we can program the task for the next visit.

Can I request that you use my cleaning products in my Custom Plan?

No. For safety and control of dilution, we only use products that we provide and prepare ourselves. You can indicate if you have specific allergies or prefer to avoid fragrances, and we will adapt the cleaning with alternative, safe products.

What happens if I am late opening the door, or if the key is not accessible at the scheduled time?

15-minute grace period: after 15 minutes we withdraw and the deposit is forfeited. With advance notice, we can wait up to an additional 15 minutes to avoid delaying the next appointment.

What if I want a Deep Clean level of organization (like folding laundry or organizing cabinets) in my custom plan?

Detailed organization is not included in our standard service. We provide basic organization to clear and clean surfaces only. Tasks such as organizing drawers or closets and folding laundry/clothes are excluded, but can be quoted as an add-on or referred to a specialized provider.

What if I’m not completely satisfied with the cleaning?

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll return to re-clean any area that doesn’t meet our agreed-upon standards, free of charge. Just notify us within 24 hours.
